This family tradition of more than 380 years stands for great experience and exclusiveness concerning the quality of wines. The Einig-Zenzen family produces wine grown in the hills above the river Mosel in the small picturesque village of Valwig in the heart of the Mosel wine region.

Tasting Notes: The bouquet possesses a penetrating floral-scented nose of tropical fruit and minerals. It offers wonderful, elegant rich apple and pear flavors and fine acidity with a toasted oak finish.
Food Suggestion: This intense Spatlese goes very well with rich food, such as goose, duck, or ham. Great for Easter ham. A most versatile, all-occasion wine.
