Background: The house of Dr. Zenzen has since 1636 been wine growers in Germany. This family tradition of more than 380 years stands for great experience and exclusiveness concerning the quality of wines. The Einig-Zenzen family produces wine grown in the hills above the river Mosel in the small picturesque village of Valwig in the heart of the Mosel wine region.
Grape Varietal: Produced from the Dornfelder grape which is similar to the Pinot Noir grape. Dornfelder is called “Shooting Star” among the German red wine grapes.

Tasting Notes: Smooth and harmonic fruity aromas, miles of cherries and berries, beautifully light but well-rounded finish. A NON-ALCOHOL RED all the flavor and finesse but none of the calories or alcohol.
Food Pairing: Perfect with all types of game, and dark meat and pasta/red sauces. For dessert, try with dark chocolate or chocolate cheesecake.
